Already notoriously well known for comparably cheap prices, the Korean manufacturer recently announced its decision to lower to base price of the 2010 Hyundai Electra Touring by nearly two thousand dollars — $1,800, to be exact.

That brings the sticker price down to $16,715, if you are counting.

There are three trim levels to choose from here. The GLS features a five speed manual transmission and you can get that one for $16,715. The GLS trim has a four speed automatic transmission, and it can be yours for $17,915. Finally, the SE trim features a five speed manual transmission for $19,715.

With any of the three trims, you get a 2.0 liter, inline four cylinder engine and plenty of standard features.
